Remote business support - Virtual Assistant (VA)
A virtual assistant is a professional who provides remote assistance – mainly administrative and support.
A bit different from the usual worker, because…
No physical presence is required
The work is completely online, so the two parties can be in two different countries.
It's cost-effective
I work with my clients as an entrepreneur so you don’t have to pay my taxes and other costs.
It's flexible
There are no strict working hours. If everyone is only available at 10 pm, then we will talk at that time.
it frees up your time
You don’t have to supervise the work all the time. We usually lay down the groundwork in an initial, longer meeting, and then only need to do minor check-ins.
It's risk-free
You can choose how long you want to work with me. This will be set in our contract, and if for any reason you are not happy with my services, you can stop working with me at any time (but you will still have to pay for the hours I have already worked!).
“If there is so much independence from each other, how do I know what I am paying for?!”
– you may ask. There is nothing to worry about! The answer:
Timer application
I use Toggl. Here you can see exactly how much time I spent on what, and that’s all I’ll bill.
That means you don’t have to pay for my lunch break : )
This will take place at the end of the month or the beginning of the next month – after I have work under my belt – and I will provide frequent (even video) check-ins.
It is very important to me that my client is satisfied with my work and we can discuss any comments, problems or just progress : )
